Zanzibar

The jewel of Zanzibar is located off the coast of East Africa, as a semi-autonomous archipelago of Tanzania. With its location in the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar is a mix of spices, scents, colors and culture and palm-fringed coastline. The hot summers here are cooled by a gentle sea breeze, and the historic capital boasts unique architecture at every turn. It is a true paradise.

Zanzibar is famous for its dhows that adorn the blue sea, as well as its wide variety of spices and white sand. It consists of small islands and two large islands – Unguja and Pemba. The traditional dhow offers a unique opportunity to explore this archipelago and enjoy Zanzibar in all its beauty.

Zanzibar has a significant tide due to its shallow waters and rugged coastline. That's why we have a large pool and the hotel limousine will take you to places where there is more water right by the coast.

Cyan Coast

Clear ocean with white sand

Impressively white beaches with palm trees, turquoise seas and high-end resorts hidden among black villages, where natives smoke pipes and Maasai try to sell their products - this is the island of Zanzibar off the East African coast of the Indian Ocean.

Slaves were once traded here, today more and more Czechs are heading here to experience the true exoticism for themselves.

These shores are often located in places known for their natural beauty and pristine environment, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and water activities such as swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

Freddie Mercury House

Visit amazing places

While walking around the island of Zanzibar, you come across an unexpected place: a monument to Freddie Mercury, the famous singer and songwriter of the rock band Queen. On a small road in Stone Town, the historic center of Zanzibar, stands what is called Mercury's House.

Mercury spent part of his childhood in this house. Born in Zanzibar, his parents lived there so that his father Bomi Bulsara could continue working with the British Colonial Office as a treasurer.

Although some dispute the history, many historians believe that as a child Mercury spent holidays at this house in Zanzibar and attended a class in India during his school years. While living in Stone Town, Mercury and his parents regularly visited a nearby Zoroastrian temple.

Starfish are fascinating marine animals that belong to the echinoderm group, along with sea urchins and sea urchins.

Starfish are typically star-shaped with five or more arms that emanate from a central disk. Although some species are very colorful, others may have more muted colors to help with camouflage in their natural habitat.

Their undersides contain thousands of tiny tube-like feet that allow them to move and stick to surfaces.

Starfish are not only beautiful and biologically interesting, but they are also important to biodiversity and ocean health.
