Prices are based on double occupancy and may be subject to change without prior notice. All bookings are subject to availability.
Rates are quoted per villa/bungalow/studio, per night, and include goverment taxes.
We accept payments in United Stated Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound Sterling (GBP), Swiss Franc (CHF), and Czech Koruna (CZK).
Meal Plans
Bed & Breakfast (BB) - includes breakfast
Half Board (HB) - Includes breakfast and dinner
Soft All Inclusive - Includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, non-alcoholic beverages
All Inclusive - Includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of alcoholic beverages
Ultra All Inclusive - Includes all meals, snacks, a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as minibar consumtion in the room
Meal plan rates are charged per person, per night.
Extra Guest Policy
Maximum of 1 extra adult or 2 supervised children per villa.

Children 0 – 2 years: free
Children 3 – 12 years: see your reservation
From 13 years: see your reservation
Reservation
Checks are not accepted.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable 20% deposit is required to guarantee the booking, within 48h of reservation.
Full payment must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
Any changes must be sent in writing and confirmed by the resort, 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations occurring less than 21 days prior to arrival date and no show will be charged 100% fee.
Festive period: 50% non-refundable deposit is requested upon reservation.
All reseravtion must be credit or debit card guaranteed.
We would like to inform you that the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) has advised us that from the 1st March 2015 they will no longer accept US Dollars printed earlier than 2006.
Please accept that our staff will have to ask you to replace bank notes tendered that are older than that.
Airport/Port/City Transfers
Transfers organized on demand: 60 USD per transfer (up to 4 guests) or 120 USD (5 or more guests).
Check-in / Check-out times
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00. Late checkouts are possible upon confirmation from Hotel.
