Dear future guests, from 1.10.2024 there has been issued a new mandatory travel insurance for everyone arriving to Zanzibar, Tanzania.
It’s necessary to get this insurance before your visit to Zanzibar and we recommend to have it ready at least one month before your journey.
The insurance itself is valid for 3 months.
Many airlines will check your insurance at the airport and they won’t let you in on your flight without it.

The cost is 44 USD for adults, 22 USD for kids from the age of 3 till 17 and infants are free of charge.
You can choose from individual plan, family plan or group plan insurance.
We also strongly recommend to have your own travel insurance from your home country to be double safe.
